Contact inquiries
When you contact us, we receive your name, email, optional company name, and message to respond and discuss the services you request. The contact form sends your inquiry through our email provider; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Brand Roast
A verified report request may save your name, email, answers, report, submission status, marketing choice, and optional competitor references in a private database. Google sign-in also supplies an account identifier. Submitted artwork and answers are processed by OpenAI; verification and report emails are processed by Google Workspace. We do not separately add contact names or email addresses to AI prompts, but your artwork or answers may contain identifying details. Purposes and permission
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested assessments, protect the service, and maintain relevant records. We rely on the legal basis appropriate to each activity, such as steps you request before engaging our services or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Brand Roast currently requests permission for its disclosed processing and storage. Promotional email permission is a separate optional choice; requesting a report does not subscribe you.
Cookies and browser storage
Google sign-in uses authentication and request-protection cookies: a temporary cookie lasting up to ten minutes and a session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Signing out ends the current session. The Brand Roast promotional invitation on current portfolio pages keeps its display state in page memory. Other older page variants may store theme preferences in browser storage. This notice does not authorize advertising tracking. Any future analytics or advertising tools must be assessed and configured with appropriate privacy controls before activation.
Providers and international processing
We do not sell personal information or share it for other companies’ marketing. Hosting and service providers process information to operate the website. OpenAI processes assessment materials; Google processes sign-in and service emails. Our business is based in the United States, and these services can involve processing outside your country. Provider-specific retention and transfer terms apply. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your request. We will identify additional providers when they are activated.
Retention
Brand Roast database records are normally removed after 365 days from their latest recorded activity by cleanup while the service is running. Original uploads are not stored in the lead database; runtime buffers are released after processing. Temporary network copies and provider records may last longer. Verification codes and request results normally expire after twenty minutes; active work may take longer. Email copies, security logs, and backups have separate retention lifecycles. Database deletion does not remove copies already delivered to your inbox. Contact us to discuss deletion of information we control.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent, including marketing permission, by emailing gerardo@eemageen.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Where GDPR applies, we generally respond within one month; permitted extensions or exceptions will be explained. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
AI-assisted assessments
Brand Roast produces automated branding feedback. It is not Gerardo’s personal review, verified audience research, or a decision about eligibility for employment, credit, housing, or similar services. You choose whether to act on it or contact Gerardo for a personal discussion.
