Brand Roast / Data use
Your brand.
Your information.
We never sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Data-use version: September 11, 2026.
Who is responsible
eemageen LLC, 1825 Galindo St. Apt 331, Concord, CA 94520, United States, is responsible for this service. Privacy requests: gerardo@eemageen.com.
What you submit and what we save
When you agree to this explanation and submit a verified report request, Gerardo saves your name, email, questionnaire answers, report style, optional competitor website addresses and comparison results, assessment and commentary if produced, submission date and status, and your consent choices in a private lead database. We also save file types and sizes, but not the original uploaded logos or application images. If you use Google to verify the request, the record includes your Google account identifier and sign-in method.
Browsing, typing an unfinished questionnaire, or signing in alone does not create a lead record. The form does not save your answers or uploads in browser storage. Closing or refreshing the page can lose unfinished work. A valid submitted request may be saved even if the artwork is excluded or the assessment fails; its status records that outcome.
How the information is used
Your answers and images are processed to prepare the assessment. The saved record lets Gerardo manage your request, review its context, and respond to a conversation you initiate. Optional marketing permission is a separate, unchecked choice. Signing in, requesting a report, or leaving that choice unchecked does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional follow-up.
Google sign-in and email verification
You can use Google sign-in or verify your email with a code. Google sign-in shares basic identity details such as your name, email and account identifier. We do not request permission to read your inbox. Google processes the sign-in interaction under its own policies. A Google account using an address that Google does not host may still need email verification before a report can be sent there.
Google sign-in uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie that expires within eight hours; a temporary sign-in cookie expires within ten minutes. These cookies are used for authentication and request protection, not advertising. Signing out ends the current sign-in session. Email verification codes and individual report requests expire separately, normally after twenty minutes. A server restart ends in-memory sessions and outstanding codes.
Who processes your materials
OpenAI processes business answers and submitted images to screen portfolio eligibility and generate the assessment. We do not separately add your contact name or email to these prompts, but your answers or artwork may contain identifying details. Google Workspace processes verification and report emails. These providers help deliver the service; they do not receive the data for other companies’ marketing through this service.
Optional competitor comparison
If you supply competitor websites, our server visits their public pages to find logo references. The websites receive normal server requests; we do not send them your contact details or questionnaire. Public page excerpts and logos are processed by OpenAI with your business context to check relevance and prepare the comparison. Public logo copies, source links and retrieval dates may be cached to avoid repeated downloads. These cached files contain competitor references, not your uploaded artwork. A missing or uncertain reference may be omitted. This is a limited comparison of supplied websites, not a comprehensive market study or consumer research.
How long information stays
Lead records are retained for up to twelve months after the submission’s latest recorded activity, then removed by the retention process while the service is running. The private database is separate from the public website files. Original upload buffers are cleared after processing; temporary runtime and network copies cannot be guaranteed to disappear immediately. In-memory request results normally expire after twenty minutes, though active work can take longer. Keyed usage counters remain until their limit period ends.
Google retains mailbox copies under the relevant account settings. OpenAI’s provider retention policies apply to its processing. Our database retention or a request not to store application state is not a guarantee of zero provider retention.
Your choices
Submit only material you are comfortable having processed for this purpose. You can use the fictional sample without submitting a request, clear the form, or choose the email method. To request access, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing permission, contact gerardo@eemageen.com. Deleting a database record does not remove copies already delivered by email.
